Ideally located in the quite area of El Portet, yet only a 1 minute walk into the cosmopolitan fishing village of Moraira with its Blue Flag Beach and wide selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. Upon entering the light and airy apartment the views are simply stunning looking out over the Moraira Marina, the Sea, and Calpe Rock. The terrace is South facing so has Summer and Winter sun to enjoy all year round, with comfy lounge furniture to make this a perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply a relaxing glass of wine whilst soaking up the views and sound of the waves. There is a very modern well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment has two lovely bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation, one being the master bedroom suite with its quaint private balcony providing sunshine to light up the design and overlooking the quiet El Portet street, the suite also has a very well equipped dressing room/study again with a private balcony, and a stylish bathroom with large shower, all can be closed off with a door for privacy from the rest of the apartment. The guest bathroom also has a shower. There is a private parking space that comes with the apartment which has elevator access from the underground parking and the street entrance. Keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter with the central air conditioning system. The beautiful El Portet Bay and Beach is also only a 10 minute walk away, so if you are looking for a quite retreat, yet centrally located, to enjoy a family holiday, or romantic get away, this delightful apartment is perfect.

L’accueil de Paula est super. Elle est très attentive à ses hôtes. Son appartement est magnifique, très bien équipé, très confortable avec une super décoration. La vue sur la marina et sur la baie de Moraira est superbe. Bref on se sent bien dans ce lieu, super agréable.

La terrasse donne sur le port et la vue sur la mer est magnifique. L’appartement est une havre dédiée au repos car très calme. On y dispose de tout le confort nécessaire comme à la maison. Il est joliment décoré .Merci à Paula de nous l’avoir confié.Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines avec nos enfants qui ont également adoré.

The apartment was great to live in, very fresh and nice!
There was everything we needed for our vacation. We cooked breakfast every morning and either lunch or dinner in the apartment, nothing was missing for this!
Close to most things like shops, grocery stores, restaurants and beaches.
We almost lived on the balcony when we were in the apartment, which had a great view beyond the harbour and the sea!

Lindsay H.FarehamArriving at the apartment and met by Paula, we were delighted with our friendly welcome and found the apartment to be even better than we expected. Spacious and spotlessly clean, it is beautifully furnished and decorated, with comfortable seating, a kitchen fully equipped for cooking delicious meals and everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. A special feature were the extra comfortable beds covered in warm duvets and throws for extra warmth (we visited in February). As well as the stunning views over the sea, marina and town with mountains in the distance, the balcony had more comfortable seating and was sheltered enough to sit out for breakfast and again in the evening to watch the sensational sunsets. The apartment is a very short walk from the town, with restaurants, bars, wonderful shopping and the seafront which has plenty of seating for those sunny days and a clean sandy beach complete with cafe.
We absolutely loved the apartment and had a wonderful holiday – will definitely recommend this place and hope to return!

The apartment is very well equipped, modern and absolutely spotless. We travelled with our 6 month old baby and the apartment was perfect, gorgeous shops, restaurants and beach right on your doorstep plus the added bonus of private parking.
We would stay here again as it’s an ideal base for exploring the area, I cannot recomend it enough. Throughout our stay we did not come up with anything negative to comment on.

The Master suite of bedroom, dressing room & en-suite was ideal (even for just 2).
The TV was excellent with more channels than at home.
We enjoyed Moraira very much : a tidy place, not over commercialised, but with a great selection of Bars and places to eat. We are definitely thinking of returning again.

The bed was very comfortable and the dressing room helped to keep everything tidy. Moraira offers plenty of restaurants and shops and the position of the apartment means it is easy to walk everywhere. All went smoothly on arrival as our agent met us and showed us the property including taking us to see the local restaurants and shops.

Carol D.London, United KingdomWe spent 16 nights in this very comfortable and superbly equipped apartment. The beds were especially comfortable and the master bathroom’s walk-in shower was brilliant. Paula met us on arrival and explained everything perfectly, she has a wonderful personality. The location was perfect in fact we didn’t use our car much at all because it was an easy walk everywhere. The shops were as good as anywhere with small privately owned boutiques with exceptional choices. The car parking in the garage was challenging so we parked on the street, if you do use the garage get a very small car.
We were there in May so the balcony got the sun about 4 until sunset.
We can highly recommend this apartment and will hopefully return.

Anthea B.We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in this apartment. Everything we needed was there. It felt very homely; comfortable seating and luxurious beds, beautiful artwork and wonderful views of the coast.
The weather was pleasantly warm for January. We were there when Storm Gloria came for 2 days which caused a lot of excitement and not too much damage in Moraira. Paula helped us enormously and was always on call when we needed her. We would certainly recommend this property to others.
